As an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive , you will work closely with a highly regarded Senior Relationship Manager to professionally manage a diversified portfolio of business banking clients. Your role is crucial in maintaining and promoting strong working relationships with these clients across various industries. You will provide financial analysis for both existing and new business accounts, prepare credit submissions, and support transactions from start to finish—ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and risk frameworks. Your ability to interpret financial statements, assess business viability, and structure credit proposals will be key to supporting the Relationship Director in delivering exceptional client service, enhancing profitability, and protecting the Bank’s assets. What do I need? Experience in business banking or commercial lending, with exposure to a range of industries. Strong financial analysis and credit writing skills, including the ability to assess cash flow, balance sheets, and P&L statements. Proven ability to manage client relationships and support complex transactions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team environment. Why join us?
