As a Funeral Director (also known as an Arranger Conductor) your working career could mean a whole lot more serving families in your local community to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one. Duties include: Planning, coordinating and implementing all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family About you: You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem – solving and customer satisfaction Excellent communication and high attention to detail - preference for candidates with good spoken and written Korean language skills Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people A collaborative team player (prepared to support, when required, other branches in your region) Strong administration and computer skills Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased Possess a full unrestricted driver’s license and access to your own vehicle .
