The Successful Applicant Proven leadership experience ideally within the B2B building-related industries (e.g., air conditioning, windows, doors, etc.), B2B or industrial or manufacturing sectors. Previous experience working within a local subsidiary of a multinational corporation would be advantageous. Exposure to mid-sized businesses with both technical and commercial responsibilities. A strong background in strategic planning, sales and operational management. Exceptional financial acumen and budget management skills. Experience in driving business growth and managing change effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
