We’re looking for someone with a record of leading teams and who understands contemporary leadership development and/or talent management approaches. You’ll design, develop and roll out new talent management approaches and implement and evaluate Building Leadership Impact in the sector. You don’t need to be a leadership and talent guru or even have experience in this area. But we do want someone who has a passion for learning and development.
