About the role: Oversee garment development, ensuring samples meet design intent, technical accuracy, and commercial viability. Collaborate closely with design, buying, and production teams to maintain quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle. Conduct and lead fit sessions, assess garment construction, and approve styles for bulk production. Uphold brand quality expectations by reviewing technical specifications, communicating requirements to suppliers, and troubleshooting issues swiftly. Manage testing, labelling, and care requirements to comply with relevant regulations and internal standards. Track quality metrics including return rates and faulty stock trends, implementing solutions to maintain brand integrity. Streamline QA processes to align with key deadlines and critical paths. About you: Relevant Quality Assurance or Garment Technician experience within women's dresses. Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and production timelines. In-depth understanding of industry quality standards, testing protocols, and labelling requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA-related systems. Proven experience managing supplier relationships and communicating with cross-functional teams.
