We are in search of a bright, hard-working Graphic Designer, looking for a great opportunity to start or progress their professional career in a full-time role. This role will see you working across both marketing and operations, assisting the Marketing & Design team in producing workbooks and manuals, case studies, advertisements, social media posts and campaigns, and other marketing pieces, for internal and client use in both digital and printed mediums. You will also be responsible for providing support and assistance to our Client Success Managers and the operational side of our business with client account administration and tracking, scheduling appointments, and general office duties. The role will also see you assist the broader team and supporting senior management as needed, working on projects that span our entire client folio, across sport, business, and the resources industry. While we do not expect you to have extensive experience, we do expect that you excel at what you do and need to be to be able to demonstrate outstanding design skills, plus the desire to continue to learn and be committed to achieve great results, every time. The right candidate will: Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic Be currently studying or completed a bachelor’s degree, Diploma, (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or related field Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with Premiere Pro experience highly regarded), Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite Have strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills Have exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills, ability to multi-task, and work to strict deadlines Have a portfolio of work or examples from inside and outside the classroom setting Strong organisational and administrative abilities The capability to handle multiple tasks/projects whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional detail Ability to work autonomously and prioritise appropriately Ability to effectively collaborate with others in the team to deliver on program and business objectives Ability to follow branding guidelines Experience using Salesforce (or any CRM) will be well regarded, but not required Experience performing administrative duties and providing support to managers will be well regarded, but not required You must be able to work full-time from our office at Wynnum in Brisbane’s Bayside (free parking on-site).
