R & R Hospitality Group, t/a Amalfi on the Coast are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join their team at 49 The Esplanade, Ettalong Beach (NSW, 2257) working full time (38 hours per week). Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Chef, and hold a relevant cooking certificate. Key Responsibilities: Order, manage, and maintain food supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Prepare and cook a range of menu items to a high standard of quality and presentation. Plan and develop menus while keeping food and labour costs within budget. Oversee food quality throughout preparation, cooking, and plating stages. Provide guidance and demonstrate proper cooking methods and kitchen techniques to the cook Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace regulation. Training the Cook and other kitchen staff as needed. Report to the Head Chef. A salary between $79,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
