Why this role exists The firm’s owner is currently focused on several strategic projects and needs a trusted team member to take the lead with their clients, mainly small business owners. These clients are well-established, loyal, and just need someone to give them the attention, advice, and service they deserve. You’ll work closely with the owner and have support from an established team. This role is all about stepping into that senior-level space, managing tax matters, and being the go-to contact for day-to-day client needs. What’s on offer $70,000 to $100,000 super (depending on experience) Based on the Gold Coast with free on-site parking WFH flexibility after probation or earlier for the right person Pathway to Client Manager as the firm grows A mix of business tax clients (sole traders, small businesses, and more) A relaxed, supportive firm that values long-term relationships What we’re looking for 2 to 3 years of experience in public practice Exposure to business tax and an interest in advisory CPA or CA completed or currently underway Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients A proactive, relationship-first mindset We’d love to hear from you.
