Your Day-to-Day Duties: Advertise and lease available properties Schedule and conduct open homes and private inspections Conduct ingoing and routine inspections Organise repairs and liaise with trades Communicate with tenants and assist with rent increases Provide ongoing support to the PM team The Ideal Candidate: MUST hold a current Certificate of Registration Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car Some real estate experience preferred, however not essential - entry level candidates are encouraged to apply!
