The Role: Managing a prestigious portfolio of 250 properties 2 x assistant’s to support with over 3 years experience Liaising with landlords Carrying out rent review, rental increases and re-signs Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues Chasing arrears Periodical inspections NO leasing, NO weekends and NO accounts The Ideal Candidate: Previous Property Management Experience A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license High level of professionalism Commitment to superior customer service Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills Immaculately presented and well groomed Tech savvy, proficient in office technology and social media Positive attitude & team player The Benefits: Monday – Friday Position Easy parking All properties Eastern Suburbs based Fantastic office with a great reputation – this is the bright lights!
