We're searching for a South Australian local who knows our retail landscape inside and out, someone with a strong background in multi-site or senior retail leadership, now looking to step back or re-enter the workforce in a flexible, rewarding role. This is a part-time, work-from-home position (approx. 15 hours per week), ideally Monday to Wednesday, with flexibility for the right person. About the Role You'll partner directly with our award-winning team to identify, attract and connect top retail talent across South Australia. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves the buzz of retail, sales and people. What You Will Do Source, screen and shortlist retail candidates for store and leadership roles Write engaging job adverts and manage candidate flow Conduct phone interviews and reference checks Update candidate profiles and match to job roles Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling Overcome objections and always be closing Keep databases and records up to date with precision What You Will Bring We are seeking a South Australian with strong local market knowledge Previous experience in multi-site retail leadership (State, Area or Cluster) Background in recruitment, selection or high-volume hiring Strong written and verbal communication with outstanding phone manner Exceptional time management, drive and dynamic sales ability Self-motivated with the discipline to work autonomously from home What's in it for You!
