Your New Role AustralianSuper has a strategic ambition to be Australia’s market leader in retirement. A key element of this is being a Leading Guide to educate, support and guide members to grow their retirement balances and feel confident about their position in retirement. With over 3.2 million members, it’s particularly important to the Fund that Guidance & Advice interactions are able to be provided at scale for members. The Simple Advice Delivery function is a critical component of this for the Fund. The Senior Manager, Simple Advice Delivery is a 9-month max-term term contract role, responsible for supporting the delivery and design of advice journeys, the establishment of key AFSL process & policies, and adviser recruitment, in-sourcing and training. The successful applicant will have deep expertise in advice delivery, advice business operations and licensee management, as well as the ability to lead the design and implementation of change within large organisations.
