Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, including mailbox and calendar management. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Maintain and update spreadsheets for WR and performance cases to support reporting and knowledge sharing. Draft clear and accurate correspondence, meeting minutes, and responses to general queries. Build positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, including phone calls. Remain composed and solution-focused when managing challenging situations. Ensure records are accurately maintained and appropriately titled. Assist with information gathering for complex WR matters.
