From high-rises to hospitals and data centres, their products are the essential (but often unseen) components that keep these buildings running. As Supply Chain Manager, you'll take ownership of procurement, warehousing, logistics, and supplier relationships across Australia and Asia - driving consistency, efficiency, and smarter decision-making in a business that's ready for its next phase of growth and a strategy to double in size by 2030. Travel: Approx. 1 domestic trip per month and 1 international trip per year What you'll be doing Lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehousing functions across all states. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships - locally and internationally - ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance. Formalise supplier agreements, ensuring commercial terms are in place and risks are mitigated. Implement consistent national processes and standards across warehousing and procurement operations. Drive demand planning, inventory optimisation, and forecasting accuracy using ERP and WMS systems (MYOB EXO, Netstock, Microlistics). Analyse key metrics (COGS, DIFOT, SLOBS) to identify and deliver improvement opportunities. Oversee OHS practices across the warehouse network in partnership with external advisors. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align supply with pipeline demand. Manage, coach and develop a capable team of purchasing and warehouse professionals. Contribute to the wider business strategy as a key member of the leadership team. What you'll bring 7 years' experience in a senior supply chain or operations role within a fast-moving, product-based environment. Proven success managing procurement, imports, and supplier partnerships across Australia and overseas (Asia experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, and logistics processes. People Management experience Analytical and data-driven approach with sound commercial judgment.
