About the Role We're working with a well-established luxury home builder seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage multiple high-end residential projects across Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity as they expand into new areas such as the Northern Beaches and Southerland Shire. The ideal candidate will have a proven background delivering custom or architectural builds. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate up to 10 residential projects across the Northern Beaches, Western Sydney and the Southerland Shire Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and subcontractor performance Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality finish and in line with program timelines Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and the internal team Drive site safety and compliance standards across all projects About You Minimum 10 years' experience supervising custom or luxury residential homes Trade background in carpentry or similar, with strong technical knowledge Builder's Licence preferred (not essential with relevant experience) The Offer Up to $140K Super Car, Phone, Laptop & Fuel Card Immediate start available Supportive management team and long-term pipeline of quality projects Projects include new luxury homes and high-end knockdown rebuilds
