Castle Hill Location Employment Hero Specialist Multi-Site, 250 Employees You will manage the full payroll cycle for approximately 250 employees across multiple dealership sites, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, commissions/bonuses and terminations. You’ll administer all Employment Hero payroll and HRIS tasks, maintain award and EA compliance relevant to automotive and retail operations, reconcile superannuation and payroll tax, and deliver month-end, year-end and audit requirements. You’ll drive continuous improvement in systems, controls and reporting, partner with HR and Finance on headcount/cost insights, and provide clear guidance to managers and employees on payroll matters. Deep, recent experience running end-to-end payroll in Australia with multi-site workforces, and advanced, hands-on capability with Employment Hero (payroll HRIS). Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, NES, modern awards and EA interpretation, including overtime, penalties and commission schemes. High attention to detail, data integrity focus, excellent Excel/reporting skills, and confident stakeholder communication. Proven ability to improve processes, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion. A permanent role based in Castle Hill with salary of $110,000 to $120,000 Super, commensurate with experience.
