Job Description 12-Month Contract | Starting January 2026 Location: Melbourne or Sydney We’re looking for a Client Implementation Manager to lead the migration of our clients to Experian’s updated product API services. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption and maximum value. Work that matters - What you'll be doing In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients during their migration journey. You’ll work closely with their technical teams and our internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end client migrations to our enhanced API platform. Collaborating with client teams to understand integration needs and support testing and validation. Translating technical requirements into clear, actionable plans. Coordinating internal teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support. Managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies. Facilitating onboarding sessions and post-implementation reviews. Using client feedback to improve processes and enhance the experience.
