About the Role This is a rare opportunity to join the business as a Manager in Training, stepping into a comprehensive, hands-on learning pathway with a clear line of sight to Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles. Working across multiple store locations within a 30-minute drive radius, the successful candidate will gain exposure to all core areas of the business including Retail, Finance, Buying, Online and Jewellery. This is a full-time, permanent position working a 5-day, 38-hour roster across a Monday to Saturday schedule (no late nights or public holidays). Extensive support and training will be provided over a 12-month program, designed to set future leaders up for long-term success in the business.
