Overview Sr. Architect / Principal consultant SailPoint IIQ – Sydney Responsibilities Experience in designing the enterprise or customer IDM Architecture with SailPoint IIQ and other IDM products. Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ with green field setup and complex application onboarding. Experience in implementation and execution of all the foundation modules of SailPoint with advanced configuration. Hands-on development skills in SailPoint and proficiency in creating workflows, rules, custom bean shell provisioning, plan certifications, LCM, custom connectors, policies, entitlements, and role mining. Architected, designed and conceptualized IAM solutions for multiple customers. Designed and implemented at least 2 IDM Solutions for large enterprises. Drive IDM patterns for implementation and develop common patterns for IDM use cases. Build a reusable repository of readymade use cases with documentation for implementation engineers across projects. Drive customer proof of concept implementations and ensure successful delivery of use cases. Guide the team on solution design, deployment and implementation. Prepare requirement specifications and design documentation. Mentor the team to provide technical solutions for business and IT-driven projects. Provide engineering and design support to IDM team; engage with business teams to understand and propose IDM solutions; promote a process-driven culture. Recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, and respond to competing needs within the organization. Develop operational and executive dashboards for various IDM service offerings. Mentor engineers working on Architecture Development and Support. Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP ERP, etc. Experience in the proposal process including RFIs and RFPs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 15 years of professional experience required. 10 years of experience with SailPoint IIQ. 5 years of experience on the SailPoint IQ Architecture and Implementation.
