We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team for two brand-new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment complexes located in Castle Hill, Rouse Hill & Thornleigh . This newly developed site will initially commence services with five participants, progressively increasing to 24/7 supports as new residents move in. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for committed casual staff to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact. Key Requirements: Proven experience in medication administration, manual handling, epilepsy management, and positive behaviour support. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex and high support needs. Committed to working within a dynamic 24/7 Hub Model, with flexibility to adapt across a range of shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts. ____ Why Join Us?
