Extensive experience across: Health Insurance ecosystems: CRM, claims, member portals Digital Member Services: self-service, customer engagement tools Exposure to healthcare or financial services (bonus) Strong grasp of cloud, integration, cyber security, and modern platforms . Proven stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at C-suite level. Familiarity with Agile delivery and complex vendor ecosystems. Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
