Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for an NV2 security cleared Cyber Security Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. You will provide expert advice to the leadership and project teams in regards to cyber, information security and technical, professional and policy advice. What will I be doing day to day? Coordinate system security services requiring a combination of technical security and governance expertise to support AWSPO Provide expert advice to the leadership and project teams in regards to cyber, information security and technical, professional and policy advice Conduct security certification and accreditation activities for selected ICT systems: Special Access Program (SAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF) Conduct capability and concept development in context with technical security Identify, analyse and manage security requirements of specified ICT Systems Conduct ICT systems security planning, design, implementation and Verification and Validation (V&V) Provide ICT System Security SME advice on security policy, procedures and governance, specific to projects, up to and including Special Access Program (SAP) Assist with the research, development and implementation of ICT security policy plans and procedures What sort of skills do I need? Degree qualifications in ICT, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field 8 years experience within a Defence environment Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement Process orientated with good attention to detail Hold a minimum NV2 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen) What’s in it for me?
