About the role: As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance customer support operations. You will plan and coordinate daily work across technical streams, managing escalations, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth delivery. You will gather and analyse requirements, create project timelines, and foster collaboration among stakeholders and team members to achieve outcomes. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will: Support the successful rollout of new systems, processes, or training initiatives by coordinating change activities, preparing teams for transition, and ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital and technical solutions that meet business needs and user expectations. Organise and prioritise daily tasks across multiple technical streams, ensuring smooth operations and timely escalation and troubleshooting. Engage stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables. Build realistic project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting plans to accommodate shifting priorities and risks. Coordinate diverse stakeholder groups and team members, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Use SharePoint for document coordination, team collaboration, and workflow automation to support project execution and communication. Be familiar with Agile, and hybrid approaches, applying structured methods to deliver iterative value and continuous improvement. Provide concise updates and reports for technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making To be successful, you’ll have: Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain strong and productive relationships with internal and external partners and customers. Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities. High-level written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to prepare accurate and engaging documentation. Experience in stakeholder coordination, workshop organisation and governance support.
