What the role will involve In this role, you will: Establish and maintain the PMO framework, standards, methodologies, and tools in alignment with enterprise PMO practices. Lead a hybrid approach across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring consistency and governance across IT projects and value streams. Oversee portfolio management, including prioritisation, roadmaps, resource planning, and budget management. Provide expert advice and support to platform owners, product owners, scrum masters, and delivery teams. Manage reporting on portfolio health, risks, and issues, providing insights and recommendations to senior leaders. Lead and support governance forums such as steering committees, program boards, PI planning and delivery syncs. Collaborate across business units, Finance, and ITG leadership to align portfolio outcomes with strategic goals. Provide visible leadership to your team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Key skills and experience To be successful, you will bring: Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Substantial experience in IT project/program management and agile delivery model (Scaled Agile Framework). Substantial knowledge of Agile (SAFe) and PRINCE2 methodologies, with understanding of ITIL or service delivery frameworks. Demonstrated experience in portfolio governance, financial management, and enterprise reporting. Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or Clarity. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A collaborative leadership style that builds high-performing teams and a constructive culture.
