We’re seeking expressions of interest from motivated individuals to step into the role of People Partner within the Corporate Services – People and Culture team. As a People Partner, you’ll provide operational, project and technical HR advice to support managers and staff in achieving business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in project management, strategic advice, and the implementation of HR strategies and policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver high-quality people solutions. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert advice on HR policies, employment conditions, performance management, and legislative compliance. Supporting case management and contributing to best practice outcomes. Participating in HR projects and initiatives that drive business improvement. Maintaining organisational structures and workforce data for client groups. Acting as a conduit between People Partners and Corporate Services to ensure effective information flow. About You To be successful in the People Partner role, you’ll bring strong knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and practices, along with experience delivering client-focused HR services and using human resource management information systems (HRMIS). Your excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills will support effective engagement across teams, while your proactive and ethical approach will help drive people and culture initiatives that align with organisational values and priorities.
