About the Role Join CPA Australia as a Risk & Compliance Manager , where youâll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our risk and compliance frameworks. Reporting to the Manager of Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit, youâll help shape a culture of integrity and accountability across the organisation. This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice, and ensuring our practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best standards.  Key Responsibilities  Maintain and monitor compliance obligations and internal controls Oversee compliance incidents and ensure appropriate resolution Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies Maintain the organisationâs risk register and contribute to reporting for the Board and Executive Leadership Team Liaise with GRC system vendors and drive system improvements Promote awareness of governance, risk, and compliance across the business  About You Youâre a strategic thinker with a strong compliance mindset and a passion for embedding best practices.
