SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (ECP) Location: Australia (Preference for Perth or Brisbane) Contract: 6-12 months Start: ASAP We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central Payroll – ECP) to join a leading organisation on a long-term contract engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an existing ECP implementation and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and optimising the ECP system — identifying areas for improvement, implementing system and potential process changes, and ensuring the platform operates accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business needs . Key Responsibilities: Review current SuccessFactors ECP configuration and payroll processes Recommend and implement system and process enhancements Resolve payroll accuracy and efficiency issues Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance Support end users and provide knowledge transfer where required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Skills in Recruitment and Onboarding and Learning and Development will be beneficial Solid understanding of Employee Central , Payroll , and Integration with HR and finance systems Experience reviewing and remediating existing ECP implementations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills This is a remote-friendly role , open to candidates anywhere in Australia, with a preference for those based in Perth or Brisbane .
