What we need from you: Previous leadership experience in Food and Beverage within a hotel or busy a la carte restaurant setting Higher education/qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field is highly advantageous Natural leadership style which highlights talent and opportunity within the team Strong communication skills - verbal and written and an ability to tailor your approach Passion for new and emerging food and beverage industry trends, practices and consumer behaviour Sound knowledge of PC software of Microsoft Office products (eg Outlook, Word, Excel) and POS systems Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends Valid Victorian RSA certificate Full working rights to work full time in Australia (sorry, sponsorship is not an option) What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
