You’ll be part of a supportive environment where your work truly matters. About the Role This role involves providing one-on-one personal and domestic supports to in their home. You’ll assist with morning, lunch, and evening routines that keep their day running smoothly and comfortably. We’re looking for team members who are caring, confident, and ready to get hands-on with personal care, manual handling, and meal preparation. Shifts Available: Week 1: Morning Shifts (2 support workers): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday – 8:00am to 10:00am Lunch Shift (1 support worker): Monday – 1:00pm to 3:00pm Bed Shift (1 support worker): Tuesday – 7:00pm to 9:00pm Week 2: Morning Shifts (2 support workers): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 8:00am to 10:00am Lunch Shift (1 support worker): Friday – 1:00pm to 3:00pm What You’ll Be Doing Morning Shift (8am–10am) Personal care and bowel/catheter care Hoist transfers and manual handling Meal prep, feeding, and medication administration Lunch Shift (1pm–3pm) Catheter care, repositioning, and meal prep Medication administration Evening Shift (7pm–9pm) Evening routine and personal care Hoist transfers and catheter care Medication administration Pay Rates (Casual – SCHADS Award Level 3.1) Base: $35.15/hr Afternoon: $38.67/hr Active Night: $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Public Holiday: $77.33/hr About You You’re someone who: Has experience in personal care and manual handling (hoist use preferred) Is comfortable working both independently and within a small team Brings compassion, professionalism, and reliability to every shift Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR Certificate Manual Handling & Medication Training Driver’s Licence Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act) Why You’ll Love Working with Our Client Consistent, ongoing shifts with a great hourly rate Supportive team environment The opportunity to build meaningful connections Real impact — every shift makes a difference Ready to join the team?
