As a Senior Service Leader, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of multiple SIL homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for people with disability. With guidance from the Senior Operations Manager, you'll lead a diverse team to deliver safe, consistent, and empowering services that promote independence and quality of life. This role includes coaching, mentoring, and supervision—supporting your team to grow, stay engaged, and deliver exceptional care every day. About the Role Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple SIL homes Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support Manage client caseloads and support individuals to achieve their goals Oversee rostering and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and continuity of care across all three sites Facilitate team meetings, practice supervision, and ongoing development Ensure services meet safety, quality, and compliance standards Model effective psychosocial support and risk management practices What We’re Looking For Nursing background or significant experience in aged care, high physical support, or complex care Strong leadership experience , with proven ability to lead multi-site teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in psychosocial support highly desirable Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities Knowledge of community services, networks, and NDIS practices Passionate about improving the lives of people with disability Why Join United for Care?
