The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex refurbishment projects, including major upgrades to existing event spaces featuring structural works, rooftop terraces, and high-end finishes. You will take ownership of project planning and programming, manage a Project Manager, and oversee end-to-end delivery from preconstruction through to handover. This role offers genuine autonomy, client exposure, and the opportunity to shape delivery strategy across multiple concurrent projects.
