Description and Requirements 岗位职责： 1. 参与公司核心产品的自动化测试框架设计、开发和维护。 2. 利用和集成AI技术（如AI Agent、RAG等）构建智能测试工具，提升测试效率与深度，实现测试用例自动生成、故障预测、日志分析等。 3. 设计开发针对笔记本软硬件（驱动，固件，软件） 的专项测试工具，包括但不限于功能、性能及稳定性测试。 4. 与开发部门紧密合作，深入理解产品架构与实现，从质量保障角度提供前瞻性建议。 岗位要求： 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，具备2-3年开发经验。 2. 精通Python，具备扎实的编程基础、良好的代码设计和编码习惯。 3. 对AI技术有浓厚兴趣和一定基础，有学习或项目经验涉及以下至少一个领域： AI Agent开发：了解智能体（Agent）的工作框架（如ReAct、Tool Use）。 RAG（检索增强生成）：了解RAG的基本原理和组件（检索器、生成模型）。 模型微调（Fine-tuning）：了解主流大模型（LLM）微调的基本概念和方法。 有实际项目经验（包括课程项目、个人项目或开源项目）者尤佳。 4. 深入理解软件测试理论和流程，熟练掌握UI/API/单元等至少一种自动化测试框架（如Selenium, Pytest, Robot Framework, Playwright等） 5. 具备优秀的技术学习能力、逻辑分析能力和创造性解决问题的能力，能独立攻关技术难题。 Additional Locations : China - Anhui - 合肥（Hefei） China China - Anhui China - Anhui - 合肥（Hefei） Go back Apply If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.com
