We are seeking an exceptionally seasoned and tenacious Senior Program Manager to lead a high-stakes, multi-million-dollar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program. This is a pure, end-to-end (E2E) delivery role focused on hard delivery and tangible outcomes. The successful candidate will take ownership of a critical $15M program, driving the implementation of their new system, managing complex data migration, over 40 systems integrations, significant customisations, and system integration testing (SIT). Success in this role demands exceptional control over schedule, vendors, and executive-level communications. Key Responsibilities E2E Leadership: Serve as the single point of accountability for the entire program lifecycle, from initiation through to successful Go-Live and transition to operations. Schedule Mastery: Own and actively manage the master schedule, utilizing tools like MS Project. Exhibit mastery in critical path analysis, ensuring quick schedule control and timely intervention. Financial Stewardship: Meticulously manage the program budget, forecasting expenditure, tracking actuals against a high monthly expenditure, and ensuring fiscal prudence. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate high-impact risks. Possess the ability to instantly discern critical issues from minor noise to drive focused resolution and maintain momentum. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Multi-Vendor Oversight: Manage performance, dependencies, and conflicts across multiple internal and external vendors. Implement robust vendor control mechanisms to ensure quality and timely delivery. Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations and contractual discussions with vendors, ensuring advantageous terms and clear scope definition. Executive Communication: Articulate complex program status, risks, and recommended interventions clearly and concisely to executive leadership. Must be able to challenge the status quo and communicate with impact at the executive level. Technical Domain Focus Lead the complex implementation of complex ERP programs. Oversee the strategy and execution of 40 system integrations, complex customisation efforts, and data migration, ensuring technical integrity and business continuity. Required Experience & Professional Trajectory Program Scale: Proven track record managing at least two large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP programs with a total budget exceeding $15 million each . Sector Experience: Direct experience delivering core financial, billing, or ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
