Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and analyse requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project objectives and outcomes. Prepare functional specifications, process maps, and documentation to support solution delivery. Support project teams during development, testing, and implementation phases. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business efficiency initiatives. Skills & Experience: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in IT or business transformation projects. Strong understanding of system integration, data, and process workflows. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments is highly regarded. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
