You’ll work closely with a highly respected Senior Property Manager, supporting the management of a premium, boutique portfolio and delivering an exceptional service that sets our office apart. What your day will look like: Support the Senior Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of 180 properties Conduct outgoing and routine property inspections Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication Handle tenant enquiries and efficiently resolve property-related issues Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including issuing work orders Prepare lease agreements and assist with rent arrears management A bit about you: Strong organisational and time management skills. Valid real estate COR Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
