ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Piling Project Manager to oversee self-performing CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Wall projects valued at $5M across Sydney. About You Strong piling background, confident in all aspects of piling operations Proven experience with modern piling and foundation techniques Proficient in handling engineering site documentation Strong leadership and ability to drive project success Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, foremen, and supervisors Ensure project works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget Oversee the installation of temporary works and enforce site safety measures Develop short-term programs to align with project timelines Prepare method statements and risk assessments Track and document additional works/variations for inclusion in monthly valuations Maintain detailed and accurate project records Requirements 8 years of post-graduate experience in piling and ground engineering Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience working with self-performing piling contractors Strong background in piling and foundation techniques Previous experience in the Australian/NZ construction market or with a main contractor Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and site operations Benefits Competitive salary: $120,000 – $140,000 Super Car Allowance Work with a leading piling and ground engineering company Career progression opportunities with ongoing professional development Exposure to complex and high-value piling projects APPLY NOW If interested or email mary.maminta@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
