We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with sharp instincts, creative flair, and a passion for building brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will: Build and execute tailored social strategies for each brand. Develop seasonal content calendars with strong storytelling and brand consistency. Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Capture real-time content at shoots, events, and activations. Manage community engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content. Support influencer partnerships and execute social collaborations and competitions. Report on performance metrics and optimise content using analytics. Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, PR, Retail, and Wholesale teams to amplify campaigns and drive conversion. What you’ll bring: Experience in brand social media and content creation (fashion/lifestyle/retail preferred). Strong platform knowledge and trend awareness. Proven success in delivering measurable social results. Skilled in short-form video and photo editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, or similar). Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise performance. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Highly organised and able to manage multiple brands and deadlines. Willingness to travel for shoots, events, and activations.
