Reporting to the Head of Marketing , this role is perfect for an organised and enthusiastic marketer ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be involved in the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and content creation , playing a hands-on role in bringing our brands to life. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday–Friday) with one work-from-home day per week. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Manage production and delivery of marketing collateral (brochures, signage, digital assets). Organise customer workshops, open days, and events. Drive our social media content creation. Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Maintain and distribute promotional materials, uniforms, and samples. Support the team with reporting, project tracking, and administrative coordination. Contribute creative ideas in weekly team meetings to help shape campaigns and initiatives. About You: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys seeing ideas come to life. You’ll bring: 4 years’ experience in marketing or communications (B2B experience desirable). Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Great written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude. Experience in events, campaigns, or promotional coordination (preferred). Industry experience in signage, manufacturing, or distribution is advantageous but not essential — your marketing skills and enthusiasm are what matter most!
