You’ll work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to embed best practices and support technical growth across our enterprise platforms. What you'll do Lead engineering practices across your team, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality code reaches production efficiently. Coach and mentor engineers to build capability and embed modern development practices. Act as the technical point of contact for your team, connecting with domain experts and stakeholders. Promote secure software development through code reviews, threat modelling, and lifecycle practices. Identify and implement improvements in development processes, tools, and standards. What you'll bring 7 years in software engineering, with 2 years in technical leadership. Expertise in React, Typescript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Experience mentoring engineers and driving Agile development practices. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and testing skills including TDD and BDD. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
