Description Overview The Change Manager will report to the Program Director and will support the Global Group Risk & Compliance function who are undertaking a strengthening program aimed at uplifting the risk management capability maturity of the organisation. The Change Manager will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of an enterprise-wide Uplift Program, comprising 23 risk & compliance initiatives across the enterprise, with an initial focus on the organisation’s two primary business divisions. This primary focus areas of this role will be to lead change management efforts in the roll-out of RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) process across the enterprise and GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) system, lead change management efforts across a broader range of Policy & Procedure changes covering compliance management, operational resilience, third party, AI and privacy and oversee, integrate and support change adoption for the AML/CTF & Sanctions uplift initiative. The Change Manager will partner with initiative leads, Line 2 Risk and Compliance, Line 1 business owners, an India based RCSA CoE (Centre of Excellence) to implement integrated change strategies that ensure stakeholder readiness, adoption, and sustainable behavioral change. 6-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus Lead change management efforts in the roll-out of a substantially enhancing RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) process across the enterprise — embedding upgraded policies, standards, playbooks, and tooling Lead change management efforts in the roll-out of an enhanced GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) system; involving a new User Interface (UI), improved features & functionality and user experience Lead change management efforts across a broader range of Policy & Procedure changes covering compliance management, operational resilience, third party, AI and privacy Oversee, integrate and support change adoption for the AML/CTF & Sanctions uplift initiative — embedding new compliance policies, enhanced screening and monitoring capabilities, and regulatory reporting processes Operational Management Establish and maintain a change management capability which supports the program delivery process Develop agreed list of change management artefacts which will support the delivery of a seamless program for the varied levels of change within the business Lead program-level impact assessments, readiness checks, and demand-on-business mapping. Deliver integrated stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies. Deliver integrated and impactful reporting on change readiness, implementation, adoption and embedment. Create, deliver or facilitate a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to all effectively reach impacted stakeholders Build effective training strategies, plans and assets; and ensuring effective delivery Engage business readiness to help manage and deliver the change management program within agreed timelines and to help measure success Facilitate change management meetings with assigned working groups/representatives Provide timely and comprehensive reporting on readiness, implementation, adoption and embedment. Experience & Personal Attributes 10 years’ experience in change management supporting large-scale risk transformation or regulatory change initiatives Certification in Change Management (Prosci, APMG) desirable. Proven track record in financial services, superannuation, or fund administration sectors with demonstrated experience in successfully delivering large change programs in complex, matrix, global organizations Solid understanding of risk, compliance, AML/CTF & Sanctions and regulatory change Knowledge of RCSA frameworks and control testing practices, GRC platforms (ReadiNow, Archer, ServiceNow, or similar). Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels of the organisation High level facilitation skills and capable management of group dynamics that lead to the effective facilitation, guidance and negotiation of successful outcomes Ability to formulate reports and to provide well-considered options for deliberation by management Demonstrated experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes Competence in a variety of delivery methodologies and tools across both waterfall and agile
