We are seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager, Care Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across Cultura's care services portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, financial sustainability, and workforce performance, aligned with Cultura's vision, purpose, values, and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all Care Services functions, including Residential Aged Care, Support at Home packages and CHSP Social Support. Lead the development and implementation of service delivery strategies that enhance quality, client outcomes, and organisational performance. Ensure full compliance with legislative, regulatory, and accreditation standards within the aged care and community care sectors. Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, government bodies, and partner organisations. Contribute as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping Cultura's strategic direction and organisational priorities. About You As the ideal candidate you will be a seasoned leader with demonstrated experience in executive or senior management roles within the aged care, community care, or health sectors. You will possess: Extensive knowledge of care service operations, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements. Proven capability in leading large, multidisciplinary teams across complex service environments. Strong financial and strategic management skills, with the ability to deliver sustainable outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on partnership and influence. A deep commitment to person-centred care, diversity, inclusion, and cultural safety.
