Job Description: Clinical Lead, Digital Mental Health St Vincent's Virtual & Home programs are growing, providing the opportunity for more people to receive high quality mental health care at home. Integrated with the St Vincent’s hospital and community care network, we are an experienced, supportive and dynamic multidisciplinary team that supports individuals to achieve their goals through virtual care at home. Guided by research, we are embracing new technology, new methods of service delivery and new ways of working. About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Lead with broad experience in the mental health care sector to join our team to support the establishment, implementation and operations of a new digital mental health service. This opportunity is open for Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane locations. Fixed Term role for two years from commencement date. On a daily basis you will: Provide expert clinical leadership and supervision , ensuring the delivery of safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred mental health care. Assist with the establishment and continuous improvement of clinical frameworks, governance structures and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. Build, develop and guide a high-performing team of Clinical Supervisors , fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in clinical practice and user experience. Drive the advancement of service delivery models , aligning with national standards, evidence-based practices, and emerging digital health innovations. Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and operational systems , including escalation pathways, competency frameworks, and supervision structures. Promote staff well-being, development and a positive workplace culture, ensuring access to robust clinical supervision and ongoing professional support. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders , including St Vincent’s colleagues, government partners, and external service providers. Your Contribution: Experience in clinical leadership of mental health services, with desirable experience specifically in CBT programs, and digital mental health models Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health nursing or a related field and eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association. Excellent people leadership skills, with a commitment to inclusive, team-based and values led leadership. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement clinical governance structures and quality management systems Demonstrated ability to improve user experience, streamline processes and drive service excellence.
