About the Role As a Salesforce Developer, you will develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, contributing to robust, secure, and scalable applications. You'll follow best practices, work collaboratively with the development team, and support modern development approaches such as CI/CD, automated testing, and static code analysis. Key Accountabilities Software Development: Build fit-for-purpose code and configuration changes, contribute to Product Development guidelines, and implement CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality processes. Solutions Delivery: Analyse requirements, design and implement solutions using Salesforce, collaborate with stakeholders, and integrate systems effectively. System Architecture & Process Improvement: Ensure solutions adhere to architecture standards, document changes, and identify process improvements in SDLC for Salesforce technologies.
