About the Role As a Salesforce Administrator, you will ensure the security, configuration, and optimal performance of the Salesforce platform. You will manage system administration, data integrity, reporting, and user enablement, providing a reliable foundation for business teams to operate efficiently. Key Accountabilities Manage user access, monitor system performance, and support sandbox environments and releases. Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approvals, dashboards, and reports; automate processes using Flows or DevOps tools. Provide responsive support, training, and guidance to increase user adoption and capability. Ensure data quality, compliance, and maintain actionable reports and dashboards. Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver Salesforce solutions.
