Strong understanding of aged care regulatory and accreditation frameworks. Exceptional people leadership and interpersonal skills, with coaching and mentoring ability. Proven ability to manage financial and operational performance across multiple services. Excellent planning, organisational, and change‑management skills. High‑level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology and data‑driven decision making. Current AHPRA registration (RN).
