Key responsibilities: Be responsible for delivery of contact centre services, leading large groups of people across multiple locations in Australia?? Client relationship management- you will be responsible the operational relationship and optimisation, governance and compliance in a highly regulated industry Driving strategic projects for clients, as well as driving contact centre innovation within our organisation Financial accountability for your portfolio Develop a thorough understanding of client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with existing and prospective client executive management Who are we looking for to join our team?
