As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow exhibitor partnerships and contribute to the success of their national event portfolio. Description Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow exhibitor partnerships across major consumer events Promote and sell exhibition packages tailored to lifestyle, wellness, and home improvement audiences Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and aligned brands Deliver compelling value propositions through presentations, marketing collateral, and ROI modelling Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, calls, meetings, and networking Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast sales and target strategic accounts Attend industry seminars and events to generate leads and build market presence Represent the business at exhibitions in Melbourne and Sydney, ensuring smooth client handover and engagement Profile Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, media, or marketing services Strong understanding of value-based selling and ROI-driven solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working autonomously and managing a diverse sales pipeline Organised, proactive, and commercially minded Familiar with CRM systems and digital sales tools Holds a valid driver's licence and willing to travel interstate for events Job Offer Fully maintained company vehicle, tablet, and mobile High level of autonomy and influence across national events Supportive and creative team culture with ongoing training and development Opportunity to shape the exhibitor experience and contribute to Australia's leading consumer exhibitions To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
