About the Role Join CardioScan as our Sales Manager and lead the growth of our Australian business! You’ll be driving sales, building an exceptional team, and ensuring our customers receive world-class service. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth: Expand our customer base, increase market share, and cross-sell services, backed by strategic market insights. Lead a high-performing team: Mentor, support, and inspire sales & account managers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Manage key customers: Build strong relationships, oversee contracts and deployments, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Enhance services: Act as the voice of the customer, delivering feedback to improve and innovate CardioScan’s offerings. Leverage technology: Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, customer communications, and performance metrics effectively. About you Proven sales success: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or technology sectors. Strategic thinking: Ability to analyse markets, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive business growth. Leadership & team development: Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating sales and account management teams to achieve their best. Customer focus: Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships. Strong communication skills: Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and influencing decisions. Tech-savvy approach: Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines, reporting, and customer communications.
