This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our workforce by leading the end-to-end management of our early-career talent programs. You will be responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our graduate and apprentice pathways, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards. What we’re looking for We are seeking a driven and collaborative professional with: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience managing graduate and/or apprentice programs in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of learning and development principles, early-career development, and performance management. Familiarity with vocational education frameworks and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability in program design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. A passion for supporting emerging talent and fostering inclusive development environments.
