This temporary part-time HP3 position offers the opportunity to develop your clinical practice while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across a range of hospital settings. In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality Social Work services, including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning, within inpatient and outpatient settings. Work collaboratively within the Emergency Department & Critical Care team and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning. Support clinical education, including mentoring students and contributing to the professional development of others under supervision. Participate in quality improvement and research activities to enhance patient care and service delivery. About you: You are a recent Social Work graduate ready to begin your professional career in a dynamic, supportive hospital environment. You bring enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient-centred care. To succeed in this role, you will: Hold a tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
